(1) The membership of an organization or association shall not continue in the following cases:-

(a) If the written resignation submitted by the member to the committee is accepted,
(b) In the absence of qualifications prescribed in the regulations for membership,
(c) If the organization or association is dissolved.

However, if a member has a loan received from the organization or association or the remaining dues to be paid to the organization or association are yet to be paid, such member and on behalf of such member shall be a mortgage or surety. No other member shall be allowed to resign from the membership of that organization or association.

(2) If a person whose membership has been terminated as per sub-rule (1) wishes to regain membership, an application shall be made to the relevant organization or association only after one year from the date of termination of such membership. Can give.
